1658 - William and Elizabeth Evans emigrate from Wales to Evesham Township. Their descendants go on to own much land in the Township including the land on which the Union Mill Lake and development sits.

1778 - Saw Mill by John Evans believed to be operated on Union Mill Lake with one sluice

1871 - Deed (handwritten) for 3+ acres of land in the "Union Mill Tract" sold from the estate of the late Joseph Evans by Ezra Evans (b.1800), David Evans (b.1810), William J. Evans (b.1843), and Joseph Evans (b.1838) to Joseph Howard [Mary] "a colored woman" for "thirty five dollars current lawful money of the United States of America:.

1876 - Map shows Ezra Evans Saw Mill. The 1883 History of Burlington County notes the saw mill was built by Ezra’s father, Joseph. Additional documentation indicates the saw mill existed at the site as early as 1778

1930s – Drainage spillways and culverts added to dam; Road paved

1931 – Deed - "A certain tract of land and premises, situated in Evesham Township, Burlington County, New Jersey known as the Union Saw-Mill Tract" sold by Ezra Evans (b.1875), William Henry Evans (b.1871), Joseph S. Evans (b.1876), and Anna E. Sharpless (b.1873) to the Joseph Evans Company
