OFFICER DUTIES

 

• President exercises the duties usually devolving upon that office and is ex-officio a member of all committees

​

• Vice President acts for the President when he or she is unable to serve

​

• Secretary keeps minutes and the attendance roll of all meetings and handle all correspondence

​

• Treasurer collects all monies, and keep a record of all monies received and disbursed by the Association

​

• Trustee is a non-voting member of the executive board; serves as advisor to executive board

​

• The President and the Treasurer, together, are responsible for the dismemberment of the funds of the Association as authorized by a budget approved by a majority of the members at the regular January meeting.  Expenditures not included in the approved budget may be made with the approval of the majority of the voting members of the executive board.

​

• The Executive Board remains in regular communication throughout the year and acts upon all matters of general policy.

OFFICER TERMS OF OFFICE

• The President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer serve a two-year term.

​

• The Trustees serve a two-year term.

​

• There is no restriction on the number of terms an officer or Trustee may serve.
