Tenants

  • Property owners must advise the Association executive board of the names of the tenants in residence within the community.

 

  • Upon moving in, tenants renting property on Union Mill Lake from owners in good standing must read, sign, and abide by the UMLCC Rules & Regulations

  • Tenants in residence may not use Association property or enjoy any membership privileges unless property owner has signed the Association Acknowledgement, fees are paid in full, and membership is in good standing. 

  • In the event that property owners do not pay their fees, renting tenant will have the opportunity to pay the same fees, sign the UMLCC Membership Agreement and thus will be awarded all privileges for fees paying members in good standing, except votes on Association issues.

  • Tenants renting property are not allowed to vote on Association matters. Only property owners who are members in good standing may vote.
