Club Meetings

  • Notice of the date, time, and place of all meetings are emailed and mailed/hand-delivered to all members in good standing 10 days prior to the date of the meeting.

  • Notice of the date, time, and place of all meetings are posted on the Association website 10 days prior to the date of the meeting.

  • At each meeting the participation of Association Members in the proceedings or the provision of a public comment sessions are at the discretion of the Executive Board.

  • Affirmative votes by a majority of those present constituting a quorum constitute "pass" on any motion.

  • Minutes of the proceedings are taken, and copies of those minutes are made available to Association Members before the next open meeting at this LINK.

  • Regular Membership Meetings are held, at a time and place selected in advance, three times each year on the second Sunday of:

    • January

    • April

    • October.
