Invoices have been sent out for 2021 annual Membership Dues and Dam Related Expense Fees. Also included on the invoices are any payments in arrears.

NOTE: Paying via Paypal:
1. To avoid fees, identify your payment as “Friends and Family”. This will eliminate any additional charges on yours and/or UMLCC end. Our small lake community is eligible for this feature.
2. If you pay via credit card, you must add 3% handling fee (i.e. If you owe $650, you must pay $669.50).
* Requests &/or Questions - If you need another copy of your invoice or would like to set-up a payment plan you should contact UMLCC Treasurer, Leslie Walker, asap.

* Changes due to Recent Litigation - As a result of recent litigation, payment terms have changed from previous years. Details are provided in your invoice and are also identified on our Member and Non-Member webages.
* New Bylaws - Based on this litigation outcome, new Bylaws are being written which will identify and formalize all changes and - when complete - can be accessed HERE.
