We are a very small community of lake home owners.  With this choice, we accepts the responsibilities that come with living on a lake and living with in a community.

However, one of our responsibilities is also to the environment.  We must keep the Lake healthy as well as the wildlife habitats surrounding it.  We must maintain a dam to ensure that safety measure are always in place for those living on Union Mill Lake as well as those living upstream.

The Union Mill Lake Colony Club is a legally formed non-profit corporation.  We collect a minimal amount of dues from our residents each year.  Our budget consists of all necessities and a few small projects each year to better our community.

If you are interested in helping to preserve a New Jersey Pinelands lake, we welcome and appreciate your donation and will, by all means, put it to good use.

​

If you would like to identify specifically what you would like your donation to go towards, we will be more than happy to route the funds appropriately and make sure your vision is carried out.
